A long bill is a typographic problem
Nine acts on one poster is a hierarchy exercise. The headliner gets size, the next three get weight, and everyone after that is held together by rhythm, with asterisks doing the separating so the list flows as a run of names.
The fog is a coarse halftone of the bridge, pushed until it breaks into visible dots. Easy to reproduce, sturdy through a black and white photocopy, and it gives the type a rolling, atmospheric ground to sit against.
